• Provide leadership and oversight to multiple projects and project teams simultaneously

• Collaborate with engineering, project controls, finance and field operations on project planning, organization and direction

• Manage assigned projects with bottom-line profit accountability

• Review and negotiate complex contracts with clients, subcontractors and suppliers

• Review and approve project schedules, estimates, budgets and profit margins

• Make executive decisions on critical work aspects involving significant cost and risk impacts

• Oversee project billings, cash flow and aged receivables collection

• Present and negotiate change orders with owners

• Lead and document project update meetings with clients and internal stakeholders

• Identify project needs, develop scopes of work and hire third parties

• Coordinate material suppliers and resolve logistical and supply-chain challenges

• Review contract conditions and ensure compliance

• Supervise documentation of accidents, delays and change orders

• Manage project risks and prepare mitigation plans

• Ensure jobsite office networking services are set up

• Enforce SOLV safety standards and OSHA policies

• Promote company values, culture and professional representation

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of work-related experience in design and/or construction of utility or commercial/industrial infrastructure projects

• Direct relevant industry experience preferred, with knowledge related to construction and operation of electrical equipment and installation

• Fundamental knowledge of contract law and project accounting

• Leadership ability to organize diverse team members into a cohesive, high-performing project team in a remote environment

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work, analyze, troubleshoot and prioritize problems independently

• Effective written and verbal English communication skills

• Proficiency and knowledge in office practices, procedures and equipment

• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and coordinate

• P6 scheduling experience preferred

• Ability to meet physical demands including lifting 50 or more lbs

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring employer sponsorship now or in the future
