Sales Executive, Outbound Sales Representative

• Independently acquire new customers in the field and expand the regional customer portfolio • Build, manage, and continuously develop a robust sales pipeline • Analyze individual customer needs on-site and develop tailored logistics and transportation solutions • Manage the entire sales process—from the initial discussion and negotiations through to successful contract conclusion • Systematically document all sales activities in the CRM system • Prepare calculations and quotations • Communicate with sales teams at other branches • Prepare and respond to tenders • Represent DFDS as a reliable partner for customized transportation and logistics solutions • Work closely with Operations and Customer Service Requirements • Completed vocational training or an equivalent qualification—ideally in freight forwarding, transportation, or logistics • Experience in international road transport preferred • Demonstrated sales experience, preferably in an inside or field sales role at a logistics company • Excellent communication skills in German and English • Results-oriented, with strong negotiation skills, flexibility, integrity, and a highly customer-focused approach • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office • Experience with Microsoft CRM is desirable Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in acquiring new customers and managing sales processes within the logistics and transportation sector, with a strong focus on customer needs and tailored solutions.
