Responsibilities Overall responsibility for the sales performance of our German branches You lead our Store Managers and sales teams with a clear KPI and performance focus You develop scalable sales strategies to support further expansion and improve results You optimize days‑on‑lot management, CRM and lead management along the customer journey Analyze, control and sustainably optimize revenue, margin, inventory levels and stock turnaround times Further development of performance‑oriented bonus, commission and incentive models You work closely across departments with executive management, the corporate headquarters and specialist teams to continuously improve processes, structures and quality guidelines You strengthen customer satisfaction and retention through high quality standards in sales and customer care You are regularly present at our locations and act as a sparring partner, coach and source of inspiration Requirements Minimum 15 years of experience in automotive retail / used car sales Several years of leadership experience in a comparable role, e.g.
Sales Manager, Regional Manager, Head of Sales, Sales Director, Area Manager Automotive Proven success in KPI‑based sales management within a multi‑site or retail environment Excellent understanding of CRM, lead management and sales processes in the automotive sector Entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical skills and a high pace of execution Strong leadership qualities, decisiveness and assertiveness High willingness to travel within Germany Business‑fluent German and English (negotiation level) #J-18808-Ljbffr
