Executive Admissions Representative, Bilingual English/Spanish

• Act as the first point of contact for prospective students considering enrollment at APUS • Engage prospective students by phone and email to support enrollment • Conduct consultative conversations to assess student needs and present tailored solutions • Facilitate enrollment into the University when applicable • Meet and exceed department targets and metrics • Connect students with departments for document collection, registration, funding, transfer credit, and degree solutions • Follow up with prospective students using phones and electronic communication • Protect student account privacy in compliance with FERPA • Evaluate academic records and documents for admission • Manage and update prospective student information in CRM and other software applications • Collaborate with Financial Aid, Academic Advising, the Registrar, and other departments Requirements • 5 years of online admissions experience with adult students in a sales-oriented or consultative-focused role • Track record of meeting and/or exceeding metrics • Self-driven and comfortable making multiple high-volume outbound calls per day • Bachelor's degree is required • Bilingual English/Spanish fluency is required • Salesforce knowledge preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong phone presence • Passion and enthusiasm for helping and empowering others to succeed • Demonstrated ability to succeed as an individual contributor and meet deadlines • High-speed Internet home connection and dedicated workspace required • Skills proficiency test included in the hiring process Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in online admissions processes, particularly for adult students, with a strong focus on consultative engagement and meeting enrollment metrics.
