Responsibilities Lead, develop and motivate a multidisciplinary team of more than 30 employees across pre‑sales support, solution consulting, solution design and detailed planning Define and communicate a clear vision and strategy for solution consulting, design and engineering, aligned with Element Logic’s global growth objectives Take responsibility for the quality, consistency and competitiveness of warehouse automation solutions across the entire pre‑sales and design lifecycle Transform and scale the function to support business units worldwide by establishing the structures, processes, methods and tools required for international growth Promote standardization, reusability and continuous improvement of design and engineering practices to increase quality and efficiency at scale Develop and nurture talent — coach leaders, expand competencies and foster a culture of curiosity, collaboration and ownership Requirements Full professional proficiency in English is required; German is a plus You are a visionary leader who sets direction and inspires others Collaborative and globally oriented — builds bridges between teams, functions and regions Curious, authentic and committed to continuous learning and the development of others Courageous and motivated by driving change, growth and transformation Able to influence senior stakeholders, customers and global teams and align them behind a common direction Excellent communication skills, proven stakeholder management ability, and experience presenting at executive/management level #J-18808-Ljbffr
