Qualifications
•
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in HRIS, with significant experience in Workday
• Proven experience in leading global HRIS implementations and operations, including HR-focused data analytics functions
• Strong understanding xayajpt of HR processes and best practices and proven delivery of people technology strategies
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
