Director Fit-out – Project & Development Services

• Lead and manage complex fit-out and refurbishment projects, with a particular focus on tenant fit-outs for modern workplaces • Full project responsibility across all phases — from the initial concept through to handover to the end user • Acquire projects from the existing JLL network and through independent market activities, in close coordination with the Head of Project & Development Services, Region West • Advise predominantly international clients on technical, structural, and regulatory/permit-related matters • Support clients in decisions regarding finishes, workplace concepts, processes, and technical equipment • Direct and coordinate external project stakeholders (architects, specialist consultants, contractors) • Ensure cost, schedule, and quality targets are met, and perform active risk management • Continuously develop internal processes, standards, and tools for fit-out project management Requirements • Proven experience leading complex fit-out, refurbishment, or interior construction projects • Ability to structure, manage, and successfully deliver projects end-to-end • Leadership skills with the ability to build, develop, and motivate teams • Strong understanding of cost, schedule, and quality management in construction and fit-out projects • Confident presence in client advising with excellent communication and negotiation skills • Competence in handling technical, structural, and regulatory/permit-related issues • Entrepreneurial mindset and enjoyment of business development, relationship management, and market development • Structured, solution-oriented way of working and a high degree of personal responsibility • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in leading complex fit-out and refurbishment projects, ensuring effective management of cost, schedule, and quality while advising clients on technical and regulatory matters.

Proficient in team leadership, client communication, and business development with strong language skills in German and English.
