Role: Account Executive, full-cycle (opening the German market) Location: Berlin or Munich: hybrid (3 days office, 1–2 remote) OTE: €150–160k (uncapped, with stretch) About the company European LegalTech scale-up, €25M raised in 2025 AI-powered Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) 4.7/5 on G2, ease of use, time saved, control Germany live since mid-2025, already ~€500k ARR A co-founder relocated to Munich to build DACH About the role Full-cycle closing into 100–5,000 FTE companies Sell to in-house legal & finance (5–10 stakeholders) Own your pipeline: 90% self-generated outbound Shape the German GTM motion from the very start Path to Enterprise or first-line management as you scale About you German on a native/C2 level, fluent English 3+ years full-cycle B2B SaaS closing experience A proven top performer (above quota or team average) Comfortable closing €25k+ deals across long cycles Strong outbound: you build your own pipeline Coachable, curious, and at home in fast-paced chaos The package: €150–160k OTE (uncapped), 50/50 split, 30 days holiday, MacBook + monitor, dedicated AI learning every Thursday, Paris travel covered, and a front-row seat in a market going from €500k to €20M ARR.
