This is the role that gets to sell them the way out: AI-driven compliance automation for KYC/KYB and AML in regulated industries ARR tripled in the last 12 months, and they just closed a Series A (Jan 2026) Founders have built and exited before (one exit to a global enterprise software giant) Already landed one of the world's largest payment networks as a customer Founder-led motion moving into scale mode, you get in before the structure hardens Product live across Europe and the US, transparent and analytical sales culture What is expected: Full-cycle enterprise/mid-market closing into banks, payment, leasing, factoring & insurance Close €100K–250K ARR deals across 6–12 month, multi-stakeholder cycles (5–10+ people) Sell to Compliance, Operations, Product, CFOs and Managing Directors Run a sharp MEDDIC/MEDDPICC motion with real stakeholder mapping Own your pipeline: ~80% outbound/self-generated (SDR-supported), ~20% inbound Operate without perfect structure, builder mentality, not babysitter What you get: ~€200K OTE (50/50, uncapped), flexible up to ~€240K for top enterprise profiles (quota scales with it) Strong upside for high performers Hybrid/remote across DACH, Munich every ~6 weeks for a couple of days CEO, CFO and Chief of Staff in the deals with you, not above you A genuinely sporty, social crew (cycling, surfing, padel, hiking, basketball) Founders who've done it before and are doing it again What you bring: 3–4+ years B2B sales experience Experience closing €100K+ ARR deals (or close to it) Comfortable with long, complex 6–12 month cycles Real outbound DNA, you self-source, you don't wait for leads Low ego, high ownership, sharp, proactive, at home in the chaos Fluent German and English You’ve read this far: compliance won't automate itself. #J-18808-Ljbffr
