• Oversee and lead development and deployment of strategic digital products and solutions • Ensure target business benefits support EVERSANA’s digital growth strategy • Engage senior executives and report on initiative status and performance • Serve as a strategic partner to EVERSANA ESS by connecting organizational teams and capabilities • Ensure execution of EVERSANA ESS activities and identify opportunities for additional services • Lead the EVERSANA ESS Sales & Marketing plan with commercial marketing • Partner with agency account and new business teams to increase awareness and sales • Assist with new business pitch preparation and presentations • Lead Affinity Marketplace SOW Addendums workstream and support Affinity data partnerships • Lead Omnichannel Advisory Council management, customer engagements, interviews, feedback synthesis, and events planning • Support prospective client targeting efforts • Liaise with third-party media vendors and the internal media team • Contribute to the omnichannel engine product roadmap • Support standard operating procedures for product implementation and handoff • Define project approaches and plans for omnichannel initiatives with account, strategy, PMO, implementation, and product teams • Oversee work plans and timelines and communicate revisions • Lead program-level priorities and milestones and manage internal and external resources • Set strategic direction aligned with business goals • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams • Manage budgets and resources • Build relationships with stakeholders, investors, partners, and customers • Promote continuous improvement and adoption of new technologies or methodologies • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and forums • Lead community development and environmental sustainability initiatives Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline • 18+ years of product leadership/management experience on digital products and/or technology-driven solutions • 10+ years of traditional project/program management experience, including managing project managers • Experience managing Agile teams • Well-versed in Agile framework and organizational Agile rollout; some projects may be hybrid • 10+ years managing large-scale, cross-functional, and global project teams • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact and negotiate with customers and company personnel at all levels • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Collaborative work style • Excellent organizational skills, including detail-oriented work, handling multiple assignments, maintaining confidentiality, and producing timely reports • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions • Ability to interpret extensive technical instructions and manage abstract and concrete variables • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and web browsers • Pharma advertising agency experience required Core Competencies Demonstrates extensive experience in product leadership and management of digital products, with a strong focus on Agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration.
