• Overall responsibility for Sales/Market (strategic & operational) • Lead, motivate and develop the teams • Stabilize customer relationships and actively develop the market • Expand existing applications and identify new use cases (e.g., digitization of measurement and control technology) • Analyze market trends, competitors and customer needs • Responsible for proposal strategies, pricing and contract negotiations • Represent the company at trade fairs, conferences and industry events • Establish and recruit key personnel for the service and support business • Ensure high service quality, strong customer focus and market presence • Develop and scale the service portfolio • Close collaboration with the parent company • Responsible for budget, target achievement, development & operational excellence • Develop and maintain the product and service portfolio Requirements • Leadership experience as Head of Sales, Managing Director or Division Manager in an industrial environment – focus on market and sales • University degree in engineering (e.g., mechanical engineering, process engineering, electrical engineering) or industrial engineering with a technical focus • Knowledge of industry, service/engineering or measurement & control technology (MSR) • Proven experience in building and developing service organizations • Sales experience in technically demanding services • Experience managing multiple sites and heterogeneous teams (mobile teams and teams at multiple locations) • Strong business management and strategic skills • Strong product management skills for services and technical products • Strong negotiation and communication skills (internal and external) • Strong customer orientation and a good sense for market changes and trends • Native German speaker; very good English skills • Willingness to travel >50% (national and international) Core Competencies Demonstrates strong leadership in sales and market strategy, with a focus on developing service organizations and managing diverse teams.
