Develop and execute the Asset Management AI, data, analytics, and automation strategy aligned with enterprise growth, EBITDA expansion, margin improvement, pricing effectiveness, and customer value creationLead the Asset Management Center of Excellence responsible for analytics, reporting, fleet intelligence, asset lifecycle optimization, technology enablement, and process automationPartner with executive leadership to identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost reduction, asset productivity improvements, and operational efficienciesEstablish KPIs, governance models, and performance measurement frameworks connecting analytics initiatives to financial outcomesLead pricing strategy and optimization initiatives across asset portfoliosDrive analysis of price elasticity, customer willingness-to-pay, commercial segmentation, dynamic pricing, revenue management, discount management, and
promotional effectivenessRecommend actions that improve pricing realization, profitability, and portfolio performanceIdentify and deploy GenAI, predictive analytics, machine learning, optimization models, and AI agent capabilitiesLead descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics solutionsTranslate emerging AI technologies into commercial, operational, and financial applicationsPartner with Technology and Data Science teams to move concepts from pilot to production at scaleUse customer, market, competitive, operational, and financial data to support product strategy, product profitability, and portfolio optimizationAnalyze customer behavior, retention, acquisition, profitability, and lifetime valueDevelop insights to improve customer segmentation, cross-sell, upsell, and wallet share growthEvaluate product portfolio and asset investment strategies based on market demand

asset management, commercial strategy, product management, or related business functionsDemonstrated experience leading enterprise analytics initiatives that generated measurable financial resultsExperience managing cross-functional teams and influencing executive stakeholdersStrong experience with Microsoft Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, Power BI, SQL, Python or equivalent analytical tools, machine learning platforms, Generative AI and AI Agent frameworks, and enterprise data and analytics architectureDemonstrated expertise in revenue growth strategies, gross margin and contribution margin analysis, EBITDA improvement initiatives, ROI development and business case creation, customer and product profitability, cost-to-serve analytics, revenue and demand forecasting, competitive pricing analysis, portfolio optimization, scenario modeling and sensitivity analysisDeep expertise in
descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analyticsStrong understanding of AI, machine learning, optimization, and emerging analytics technologiesAbility to convert analytical insights into practical action plans and measurable business outcomesTravel required: 0-10%Master's Degree preferredExperience within transportation, logistics, fleet management, leasing, warehousing, distribution, or other asset-intensive industries preferredExperience leading AI, machine learning, pricing, commercialization, or revenue optimization initiatives preferredExperience implementing enterprise analytics platforms and modern cloud-based data solutions preferredCore CompetenciesDemonstrates expertise in developing and executing analytics strategies that drive revenue growth, cost reduction, and operational efficiencies.
