Responsible for the group's AI roadmap from a business perspective and for defining the framework for its implementation Translate the company vision into a concrete, measurable AI roadmap with initiatives, milestones, KPIs and resourcing Accountable for strategic technology partnerships and close collaboration with IT on the design of the AI platform Define the AI‑first operating model and drive organizational development through enablement Establish an innovation unit based on the forward‑deployment principle Evaluate new technological developments and concepts for relevance to the company Build and restructure a newly formed division of around 30 employees, redesigning its structure and focus areas Direct reporting line to the Executive Board Requirements • Manage complex, cross‑functional programs in a highly regulated environment • Strong technical understanding and sound technical judgment • Experience building and restructuring teams and organizational units • Ability to quickly identify use cases with the greatest business impact • Ability to translate between the Executive Board and operational levels and to navigate complex organizations with confidence • Preferably experience from a top‑tier strategy or technology consultancy with a digital or AI focus • Alternatively, experience in in‑house consulting or program management within a corporate setting in a regulated industry • Alternatively, experience in a senior AI or digital transformation role at a large enterprise or scaled tech company • Combination of strategic clarity, execution strength and technological judgment • Proven track record of delivering momentum and results in a complex organization • Please upload a CV in advance so the basic fit can be assessed Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in managing AI roadmaps and strategic technology partnerships while driving organizational development in a regulated environment.
