This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and operations. /ppIn this role, you will: /pulliServe as a strategic advisor and execution partner to the SVP of International Operations Marketing, Medical Regulatory, representing the Executive Office and driving the delivery of key business priorities. /liliLead the day-to-day operations of the SVP Office, orchestrate the MMR Leadership Team agenda, ensure follow-through on critical priorities, and act as a key integrator across the MMR leadership team. /liliPartner with the SVP to prepare for internal and external engagements, including leadership meetings, executive presentations, strategic communications, and stakeholder interactions. /liliLead and coordinate high-impact strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects /liliOversee core business processes, including budget planning and follow-up, business analytics, governance activities, leadership meetings, and executive reporting. /liliCollaborate across regional, global, and cross-functional stakeholders to generate insights, drive alignment, and facilitate decision-making. /li /ulpbYour new department /b /ppInternational Operations (IO) is Novo Nordisk’s largest operational unit and a key driver of future growth, covering more than 190 countries and 95% of the world’s population.

The ideal candidate combines strategic insight with clear communication and collaboration skills to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment. /ppWhat you will bring: /pulliMaster's degree in management or similar with 8+ years of experience in a multinational organisation /liliPrevious experience in management or healthcare consulting /liliFunctional experience in Marketing, Sales, Medical or Regulatory would be an advantage /liliStrategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration /liliStrong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to translate complex issues into clear solutions. /liliProven success in process and project management, with strong organisational and prioritisation skills /liliFluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. /li /ulpbWorking at Novo Nordisk /b /ppNovo Nordisk is shaped by its people.
