ppLocation: Zurich, Switzerland /p pDeadline: 31 July 2026 /p h3About the Role /h3 pAs Associate Director, Patient Advocacy – Haemoglobinopathies, you will lead the execution of Novo Nordisk's patient advocacy strategy in this therapy area, ensuring that patient insights systematically inform evidence generation, access discussions and external engagement. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liExecute the approved patient advocacy strategy for hemoglobinopathies globally, translating strategic priorities into defined annual programs, measurable outcomes and clear accountability. /li liManage a focused portfolio of priority patient advocacy organisations and patient leaders, develop annual partnership plans and deliver post-engagement summaries. /li liOperationally lead patient-informed evidence initiatives – including qualitative insights, real‑world evidence collaborations and advocacy‑led publications – ensuring outputs are publication‑ready and compliant. /li liServe as the Corporate Affairs subject matter expert and reference point for patient‑informed insights, providing structured intelligence to inform decisions across Public Affairs, Medical, Market Access and Commercial. /li liRepresent Novo Nordisk within selected advocacy and stakeholder forums relevant to hemoglobinopathies, aligned with annual engagement objectives and approved messaging frameworks. /li liPartner with Communications and Public Affairs to develop patient‑centric advocacy materials grounded in lived experience and compliant evidence standards. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liSignificant experience in patient advocacy, patient engagement or a closely related function within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, preferably with rare diseases, hematology or haemoglobinopathies. /li liAn established network within the haemoglobinopathy community or a proven track record of building credible relationships with patient advocacy organisations and patient leaders. /li liProven ability to operationally lead patient-informed evidence initiatives, delivering publication‑ready outputs. /li liStrong cross‑functional collaboration skills, translating patient insights into structured intelligence for multiple stakeholders. /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with knowledge of compliance, governance and ethical frameworks that guide patient advocacy engagement. /li liA relevant university degree in life sciences, public health, health policy, communications or a related discipline. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 pBenefits are designed with your career and life stage in mind, offering opportunities to learn, develop and make an impact across the patient journey. /p h3Equal Opportunity Statement /h3 pWe commit to an inclusive recruitment process and equality of opportunity for all our job applicants. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
