This position partners with senior leadership to deliver robust short and long term forecasts, actionable insights, and data-driven recommendations that inform high-impact business decisions.Success in this role will include:Improved forecast accuracy and confidence across key marketsStrong adoption of recommendations in strategic decision-makingEffective cross-functional alignment on assumptions and plansProactive identification of risks and opportunitiesEssential Functions of the job:Forecasting & Business PlanningOwn and maintain short- and long-term forecast models across the European portfolioLead forecast assumptions, scenario planning, and model enhancementsPartner with cross-functional stakeholders to align inputs and validate assumptionsSupport long-range planning, including pipeline asset evaluation and market opportunity sizingInsights & Performance AnalyticsDeliver actionable insights on commercial performance, risks, and opportunitiesSupport monthly/quarterly business reviews with analysis and data-driven recommendationsIntegrate primary, secondary, and competitive intelligence into strategic insightsCross-functional LeadershipAct as a strategic partner to Commercial, Finance, Medical, Market Access, and Supply ChainDrive alignment across global, regional, and local teamsTranslate complex analytics into clear, decision-ready insightsQualifications:+8 years’ work experience in a forecasting and insights role in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industriesExperience in and understanding of solid tumor and/or hematology oncology disease areas and indications relevant to BeOnePragmatic, yet creative and innovative.
