Rocket Software is looking for a high-energy, results-driven Senior Sales Executive to accelerate our banking and financial services business in Indonesia.
This is a sales-centric, quota-carrying role, focused on building a high-performing partner ecosystem and closing complex deals with banks through channels. You will own the revenue number for Indonesia and few other countries in ASEAN, driving business with and through partners that serve tier-1 and tier-2 banks.
Success in this role means growing pipeline, increasing win rates, and expanding Rocket Software’s footprint in strategic banking accounts via our partner network. This individual understands executive selling into large companies, outstanding communication skills and brings current relationships.
Key Responsibilities Own the Number Take full ownership of revenue, pipeline, and partner margins for Indonesia and few other ASEAN countries with a primary focus on BFSI customers. Build and manage a predictable, high-quality pipeline with partners, from lead generation through to deal closure.
Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Drive Revenue in BFSI sector <li
