This is a true hunter role where you’ll partner with marketing, pre-sales, and leadership to identify opportunities, influence and close deals.
Key Responsibilities: Own and lead new business sales across the DACH region Deliver full-cycle sales: from lead generation to close Influence end users and C-level stakeholders alike Partner with marketing and pre-sales to drive qualified pipeline Report on pipeline metrics, forecasts, and territory performance Contribute to GTM strategy and growth planning What Does Success Look Like?
Building a high-impact presence across the DACH enterprise market and championing a metrics-driven, MEDDIC-style sales culture.
What You’ll Bring: 5+ years in enterprise SaaS sales , ideally with leadership or regional ownership experience Background in low-code, app dev, SAP, or infrastructure solutions Proven track record in new business (hunter) sales Experience selling to German enterprise customers Comfortable navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders Fluency in German and English A metrics-first mindset - experience with MEDDIC or similar framework s Please Note: Due to high application volume, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted within 7 days.
