Responsibilities New customer acquisition: Identifying and winning new customers and projects in the Public and Defense Market in Switzerland and Germany in the field of tailored software solutions Pipeline development: Systematically building and actively maintaining a high-quality sales pipeline through structured lead generation, qualification (e.g., via MEDDPICC), and consistent follow-up of opportunities through to closing Consulting: Analyzing the needs of prospective customers and advising them on custom software development, cloud, data, and AI solutions Proposal management: Preparing proposals and handling tenders in close collaboration with management Winning and converting public frame contracts into revenue Networking & events: Building and maintaining your network by participating in meetups, customer events, and trade fairs Requirements At least 5 years of sales experience A minimum of 3 years in IT consulting or custom software development A proven track record in new customer acquisition with a focus on custom software, cloud, data, or AI solutions Experiences and a network in the Swiss Public and/or Defense Sector A network into the German Public/Defense Sector is a plus Experiences in structure public tenders in national and regional (e.g. cantons, cities) level Experience with relevant platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, etc.) Business-fluent German (C1) and fluent English (B2) #J-18808-Ljbffr
