Define the strategic roadmap for MoonPay Institutional, working closely with the business head and senior leadership to prioritize the initiatives that create the most commercial leverage Lead high-value partnership negotiations and deal structures with institutional clients and financial infrastructure providers Translate market signals and competitive intelligence into clear recommendations that shape product direction and go-to-market strategy Drive execution across Product, Legal, Compliance, Sales, and Engineering, holding each workstream to a high standard of delivery Identify white space opportunities in the institutional crypto market and develop the business case to pursue them Requirements 8+ years of experience in strategy, corporate development, investment banking, or a senior commercial role within financial services or crypto Deep familiarity with the institutional digital asset landscape, including custody, prime brokerage, OTC, tokenization, or funds infrastructure Experience structuring complex, multi-party deals and seeing them through to close A track record of building something measurable from a position of real accountability Ability to operate at both the strategic and executional level without losing quality at either Strong analytical thinking and the ability to communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
