Workload responsibility within the responsible market area for all MTU Maintenance facilities
Maximize sales volume within respective partner/customer/product segment
Build strategic partnerships to maximise the parts repair business and existing customer relationships
Continuously define, develop, and market the best repair and service portfolio for the MTU network in coordination with cross‑site stakeholders
Develop sales and marketing strategies for the identified repair portfolio and lead strategic discussions with partners/customers, negotiate proposals, and conduct customer presentations
Acquire, secure, and optimise capacity utilisation and workload across all MTU repair locations
Provide market intelligence and support strategic and operational planning
Proactively manage customer requirements and technical support
Manage debit of respective partner/customers
