Key responsibilities Strategic Growth & Market Development – Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for RPC solutions within the European meat market, aligned with overarching business objectives and long‑term vision.

Market Insights & Opportunity Identification – Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities to shape a forward‑looking roadmap that expands RPC adoption across the value chain.

Business Development & Relationship Building – Drive new business acquisition while establishing strong, trust‑based relationships with senior decision‑makers across procurement, supply chain, operations, and sustainability.

Sales Leadership & Pipeline Management – Lead strategic sales initiatives from initial engagement through negotiation and implementation, maintaining a robust and high‑quality pipeline across key European markets.

Industry Leadership & Standardization – Position RPC solutions as the preferred industry standard by shaping best practices and driving collaboration across producers, processors, logistics partners, and retailers.

Key Account Growth & Customer Success – Manage and expand strategic customer relationships, ensuring successful program implementation, long‑term value creation, and continuous customer satisfaction.

Commercial Performance & Strategy – Own revenue, profitability, and market share development by defining pricing strategies, monitoring performance, and providing data‑driven insights and recommendations to leadership.

We expect Educational Background – Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Food Industry Management, or a related field; advanced business qualification such as an MBA is a plus.

Professional Experience – Extensive commercial leadership background within packaging, pooling, logistics, supply chain solutions, FMCG, food production, or comparable industries.

Complex Solution Selling – Proven success in selling sophisticated, value‑driven solutions to large multinational organizations and navigating complex decision‑making structures.

Industry Expertise – Strong understanding of the European meat industry, including key players, value chains, and market dynamics across production, processing, and retail. Sustainability & Circular Solutions – Experience with reusable packaging, transport packaging, pooling systems, or circular economy models is highly valued.

Strategic Growth Mindset – Demonstrated ability to develop new markets and drive strategic growth initiatives across multiple European countries, combining strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.

Commercial & Interpersonal Skills – Excellent business development, negotiation, and analytical skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders at executive level.

Communication & Collaboration – Outstanding presentation and communication skills, combined with the ability to thrive in matrix organizations and multicultural environments; fluent in English, with additional European languages such as German, Spanish, or French considered a strong advantage.
