With our RPCs, safety for food transport is improved, there is less waste of food and at the same time the lifespan of the products increases. Through our products and the need for less packaging materials we reduce the carbon footprint.

With our European Pallet IFCO Crew (EPIC), we are expanding our circular business model to the pallet segment, creating intelligent and reusable pallet solutions for European supply chains.

These solutions enable more efficient, standardized, and sustainable transport systems across industries while strengthening our ambition to drive fully circular supply networks.

Key Responsibilities Drive Regional Growth – Take the lead in advancing IFCO’s plastic pallet business across Europe by unlocking new customer segments, industries, and use cases—always with a strong focus on sustainable, strategic growth.

Own the Sales Pipeline – Build, shape, and manage a high-quality regional pipeline with clear prioritization, disciplined opportunity management, and reliable forecasting that drives confident decision‑making.

Lead Complex Commercial Deals – Own high‑impact opportunities end‑to‑end—from crafting compelling value propositions and robust business cases to defining pricing strategies, negotiating contracts, and ensuring seamless go‑live execution.

Engage Senior Stakeholders – Build trusted relationships with senior customer decision‑makers, positioning yourself as a credible, forward‑thinking partner with a strong customer‑first mindset.

Champion IFCO’s Values – Act as a true ambassador of IFCO’s mission and values, representing the company with integrity, professionalism, and a strong growth mindset. We Expect Strong Academic Foundation – Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Proven Commercial Impact – Extensive experience in senior commercial or business development roles with clear ownership of revenue targets and a strong track record of delivering sustainable growth.

Expertise in Deal Making – Demonstrated ability to originate new business, structure complex deals, and create compelling, customer‑centric value propositions that win. Strategic & Change Leadership – Strong background in strategy development, transformation, and engaging senior stakeholders in dynamic, fast‑evolving environments.

Sharp Commercial & Analytical Skills – A powerful combination of commercial acumen, strategic agility, analytical thinking, and execution strength in complex, fast‑paced settings.

Outstanding Communication Skills – Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities; fluent in English, with German and additional North or East European languages as a strong advantage.
