About the Role OneDealer is expanding its European commercial leadership team. We are looking for a senior sales professional to take ownership of our regional go-to-market across Germany and Europe.

Reporting to the VP Sales, the Sales Director, Europe will lead the integration of sales organisations from recently acquired companies, drive enterprise growth across OEM, importer, and dealer group accounts, and bring OneDealer’s AI-powered product portfolio to market across a sector undergoing profound technological transformation.

Regional leadership Own and execute the sales strategy for Germany and Europe. Integrate the sales organisations from recently acquired companies into a single commercial model with consistent processes, reporting, and KPIs. Drive growth of the OneDealer platform across the region.

Identify, pursue, and close strategic enterprise deals with OEMs, importers, and dealer groups. Plan and execute the extension of sales responsibility across markets. Commercial execution Develop go-to-market plans that align corporate objectives with regional market realities.

Deliver accurate pipeline management, forecasts, and reporting to VP Sales. Define and uphold sales governance, pricing standards, and deal rules across the group. Work closely with Product, Marketing, Services, and Finance to support customer success and profitable growth.

What we are looking for: 10+ years in enterprise software, SaaS or CRM sales, including a leadership or senior quota‑carrying role. Proven experience selling software into the automotive industry, to OEMs, importers or dealer networks. This is a core requirement.

Fluency in German and English, with working command of SaaS commercial models, pricing, and enterprise contracting. Experience aligning or leading sales organisations across multiple entities or countries. A track record of managing complex enterprise sales cycles and engaging C‑level stakeholders.

Strong knowledge of the German and wider European market landscape. Based in Germany and willing to travel regularly across Europe and into the Middle East. Preferred Direct experience with automotive retail systems, DMS or dealer management workflows. Additional languages, especially Italian, Spanish or Arabic.
