Job Description As part of Visas Large Banking Groups team, you will manage and grow relationships across one of Germanys largest and most influential banking ecosystems.

What You'll Do: • Manage strategic relationships across a complex banking ecosystem, ensuring strong engagement and adoption of Visa products and services • Identify and develop strategic growth opportunities across the broader banking ecosystem to enhance customer experience and drive business growth • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across central, regional and partner organizations • Lead and coordinate strategic initiatives across Visa and client organizations to achieve shared business objectives • Drive cross functional collaboration across Product, Marketing, Consulting and Client Services teams to support client success and accelerate growth Qualifications • Experience managing multiple client relationships, ideally in financial services or payments • Strong understanding of and experience within the ecosystem of the German banking sector is highly desirable • Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and influence decisionmaking across multiple organizations • Excellent communication and influencing skills across diverse stakeholders • Commercial acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities • Fluent in German and English • Masters degree or equivalent qualification Visa is an EEO Employer Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or protected veteran status.

This role requires navigating a complex stakeholder landscape, identifying growth opportunities, and driving strategic initiatives that help clients increase card penetration and accelerate their digital transformation.

You will build strong partnerships with key stakeholders across the ecosystem, introduce innovative payment solutions, and coordinate initiatives that support sustainable growth while shaping the future of payments. Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
