Progress starts with you.Job DescriptionAs part of Visas Large Banking Groups team, you will manage and grow relationships across one of Germanys largest and most influential banking ecosystems.

This role requires navigating a complex stakeholder landscape, identifying growth opportunities, and driving strategic initiatives that help clients increase card penetration and accelerate their digital transformation.You will build strong partnerships with key stakeholders across the ecosystem, introduce innovative payment solutions, and coordinate initiatives that support sustainable growth while shaping the future of payments.What You'll Do:Manage strategic relationships across a complex banking ecosystem, ensuring strong engagement and adoption of Visa products and servicesIdentify and develop strategic growth opportunities across the broader banking ecosystem to enhance customer experience and drive business growthBuild trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across central, regional and partner organizationsLead and coordinate strategic initiatives across Visa and client organizations to achieve shared business objectivesDrive cross functional collaboration across Product, Marketing, Consulting and Client Services teams to support client success and accelerate growthVisa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.QualificationsExperience managing multiple client relationships, ideally in financial services or paymentsStrong understanding of and experience within the ecosystem of the German banking sector is highly desirableProven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and influence decisionmaking across multiple organizationsExcellent communication and influencing skills across diverse stakeholdersCommercial acumen and ability to identify growth opportunitiesFluent in German and EnglishMasters degree or equivalent qualificationVisa is an EEO EmployerQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or protected veteran status.
