As part of this role you will work with product and sector experts based across the globe, thereby gaining experience in a wide array of industries and products. /p h3Your Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDeveloping an understanding of our clients’ businesses to tailor solutions to their needs /li liBuilding relationships to clients leveraging and providing them with the full suite of our product offering /li liPreparing presentations and being able to present such presentations to clients /li liTaking responsibility for complex financial and valuation analyses and providing guidance to junior bankers in preparing such analyses /li liCollaborating with senior bankers to originate, structure and execute transactions /li liTaking a project leadership role in origination and execution of projects and live transactions /li liDeveloping, teaching and providing mentorship to junior bankers /li /ul h3Your Skills Experience /h3 ul liUniversity degree (BSc or MSc) in Banking, Finance, Accounting or Economics /li liMinimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance / MA, preferably with a leading IB or boutique /li liStrong numerical, analytical and financial modelling skills /li liWell versed in MA and a strong track record in successfully executing transactions /li liExcellent communication skills and high self-motivation /li liStrong ability to build client relationships and lead complex projects /li liHigh degree of maturity and strong commitment to integrity and teamwork /li liSelf-directed, able to work independently and under pressure /liliCreative problem-solving abilities /li liSelf-starter who will take ownership of client relationships and projects with proven execution skills as well as a track record of coordinating diverse teams /li liExcellent oral and written command of English and German /li /ul pWe strive for a culture in which we are empowered to excel together every day. ph3Position Overview /h3 pAs an Investment Banking Vice President in our Zurich office you will contribute to the bank’s MA execution and capital raising abilities while building our reputation in the Swiss market with the seamless execution of corporate finance transactions.
