Global Business Development Manager/Director– Europe

Industry: Embodied AI / Humanoid Robotics

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development and market expansion across Europe, identifying new business opportunities in embodied AI and robotics.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with enterprise customers, distributors, system integrators, and ecosystem partners.
• Lead the full business development cycle, from prospecting and relationship building to commercial negotiations and deal closure.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to identify customer needs and drive commercial adoption of robotic solutions.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings across Europe.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably in robotics, automation, AI, or related industries.
• Understanding of the European market, with an established network of customers or industry partners.
• Proven track record in developing partnerships, managing key accounts, and closing B2B deals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
• Fluent English required; additional European languages are a plus.
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
