Outbound (Proactive Care) Deliver exceptional consumer experiences Conduct post-purchase follow-ups and retention efforts Engage users for feedback, trade‑in & adoption initiatives Cross‑sell and upsell products Update CRM systems with consumer interactions Inbound (Reactive Care) Provide first‑contact resolution for inquiries and technical support Troubleshoot heated tobacco devices (charging, heating, stick compatibility) Guide consumers on proper usage, maintenance, and best practices Process warranty claims, replacements, and returns Handle complaints empathetically and elevate when required Educate consumers on devices, accessories, and stick options Requirements German: C1/C2 level (mandatory) English: Minimum B2 for training and operations <
