About the Role
This is a founding sales role on the Growth team, focused on building and owning pipeline for a fast-growing voice AI platform serving B2C companies.
What You'll Do
•
Generate qualified pipeline through multi-channel outreach — email, LinkedIn, and phone.
•
Identify and engage the right prospects for the platform.
•
Build and manage relationships with customers throughout the sales cycle.
•
Maintain CRM tooling and manage pipeline with discipline and accuracy.
•
Develop into owning and closing deals end-to-end as you hit performance milestones.
•
Help shape the go-to-market motion, refine outreach strategies, and build a repeatable sales process.
•
Contribute to growing and hiring the sales team and developing the sales playbook.
What We're Looking For
•
Prior sales experience in a startup or fast-paced environment, with a track record of consistently hitting or exceeding targets.
•
Hands-on, scrappy approach — comfortable doing unglamorous work and figuring things out independently.
•
Strong business acumen and ability to quickly understand the needs of different companies.
•
Fluent German (near-native, C2) and strong professional English (B2–C1).
•
Comfortable driving outbound outreach across multiple channels and managing CRM tools.
•
Collaborative, communicative, and hungry mindset — thrives in a high-energy, low-ego team.
•
Willingness to work fully on-site in Berlin five days a week.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: €75,000 – €120,000 per year. You'll help shape the sales playbook from the ground up, with a clear path toward full-cycle deal ownership as you demonstrate results. Location
