This role focuses on execution, coordination, and continuous improvement of internal workflows. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and execution-focused—someone who can manage multiple priorities, improve processes, and ensure operational consistency across the business.
Support the implementation of operational strategies to improve efficiency and scalability. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure targets are being met. Assist in building and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) for internal workflows. Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve productivity.
Manage operational tools, software platforms, and internal systems. Ensure quality control and consistency in service delivery. Support leadership with reporting, planning, and operational analysis.
