• Support the CEO with operational and strategic matters • Manage and track key projects, decisions and deadlines • Coordinate between players, coaches, creators, partners and internal teams • Provide support for tournaments, events, travel and organizational eSports topics • Coordinate sponsorship activations and partner deliverables • Prepare and follow up on meetings and management decisions • Build and optimize internal processes and responsibilities • Support KPIs, reporting, budgets and controlling • Create analyses and decision papers • Independently take on operational projects • Identify bottlenecks and develop concrete solutions • Act as the central interface between management, eSports, players, creators, content and partners Requirements • Strong interest in gaming and eSports • Ideally a good understanding of the eSports scene, its teams, tournaments, publishers, creators and communities • Some professional experience in operations, project management, eSports, gaming, startups, events, consulting, business development or a comparable field • Very structured and reliable way of working • High degree of initiative and sense of responsibility • Entrepreneurial and analytical thinking • Ability to keep multiple projects and stakeholders in view simultaneously • Clear and professional communication • Confident use of digital tools • Comfortable working with numbers and KPIs • Very good German and English skills • Willingness to work in a dynamic environment with irregular tournament and event hours Core Competencies Demonstrates strong operational and project management capabilities within the eSports industry, with a focus on strategic support, stakeholder coordination, and performance analysis.
