As our Executive Assistant & Business Operations Specialist, you are the operational backbone of our leadership team and a key driver of day-to-day business activities across the company.

From supporting the CEO and management team to coordinating strategic events, driving business development initiatives, managing compliance topics and overseeing recruitment processes, you bring structure, reliability and momentum to everything you do.

Key Responsibilities • Managing calendars, meetings, travel arrangements and administrative tasks for the CEO and management team. • Coordinating internal and external events, customer visits and executive meetings from planning to execution. • Supporting Business Development through market research, presentations and customer coordination. • Serving as the central point of contact for Non‑Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and coordinating the review process with internal stakeholders. • Coordinating recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling and candidate communication. • Supporting day‑to‑day business operations and driving special projects across the company.

Qualifications • Degree: Completed studies in Business Administration, International Business, Management, Economics, Office Management or a comparable field. • Experience: Proven experience in business operations, executive support, project coordination, administration or similar operational business functions.

Our product universe spans three different platforms with maximum take‑off weights of up to 1000 kg and characteristic dimensions of 8 m: the hexacopter Grille for medical evacuation, the multi‑role rotorcraft Wespe for logistics and support operations, and the fixed‑wing aircraft Bussard for surveillance and intelligence missions.

All systems are powered by RasCore, our highly redundant, military‑grade avionics system for safe operations within EASA’s Specific Category. Three aircraft, one mission: to bridge the gap between small UAVs and traditional manned systems.

Experience working across multiple business areas is considered a plus. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. • A proactive, flexible and hands‑on mindset with excellent problem‑solving abilities. • High level of professionalism, discretion and reliability. • Strong communication skills and confidence working with internal and external stakeholders. • Languages: Professional proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken. • Tool Knowledge (mandatory): Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word. • Tool Knowledge (optional): Familiarity with Salesforce and project management tools is considered a plus. • Required for employment: Security clearance (Ü2‑Sabotageschutz) approval (note: relationships in countries according to § 13 para. 1 no. 17 SÜG may result in a negative assessment).
