Experience
• 8+ years of experience in program management, engineering, product development, or R&D.
• Proven success leading large, complex, global programs and portfolios.
• Strong PMO, governance, and portfolio management expertise.
• Exceptional executive stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to influence across functions, cultures, and geographies.
