The Opportunity This role exists to elevate how Root communicates its strategy, performance, and long-term value to the investment community. The Director of Investor Relations will own the day-to-day operating cadence of the IR function while transforming business results into clear, compelling, and high-impact investor communications.
Success in this role requires a passion for investor engagement and the ability to translate complex financial, operational, and product dynamics into a cohesive narrative that resonates across both institutional and retail audiences.
This role will partner closely with the Head of IR, PR, and executive leadership to strengthen Root’s positioning as a technology-driven insurance platform and improve how the market understands and evaluates the business.
Salary Range $189,400 - $236,700 (Eligible for competitive bonus and equity offering.) Root is a “work where it works best” company. Meaning we will support you working in whatever location that works best for you across the US. We will continue to have our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.
