Responsibilities Support the strategy development and scaling of employer subsidized (ICHRA) and adjacent growth-oriented health insurance solutions Translate enterprise, subsidiary, and market level strategies into actionable product concepts Ensure alignment with core ACA offerings Drive end-to-end product lifecycle execution through launch and performance optimization Report into the Vice President, Insurance Product Innovation and Development Own the development and evolution of the employer-subsidized product strategy Lead and contribute to business cases associated with new products Identify and assess new growth opportunities across employer-sponsored, individual, and adjacent product spaces Define market-specific right to win strategies, competitive positioning, and expansion priorities Partner with peers to translate strategies into scalable, fileable product designs Ensure ICHRA and emerging solutions align with product architecture, benefit design standards, and member value propositions Promote consistency and reusability through modular product design Serve as primary connector across key stakeholders Requirements Bachelor's degree 8+ years of experience in healthcare, health insurance, commercial product strategy or commercial insurance product management, directly leading a team of high-functioning contributors Experience working within the ACA marketplace (serving multiple markets), including individual or small group Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional programs Familiarity with insurance product lifecycle management, including design and execution readiness Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time. #J-18808-Ljbffr
