An International HR Leader with Business Acumen You bring substantial experience from senior HR leadership positions within international organizations and have successfully partnered with business leaders on strategic people initiatives.

LeMaitre, a global leader in the medical device industry, is seeking an experienced and commercially minded HR leader to take responsibility for its people agenda across Europe and Asia-Pacific.

The role offers a unique combination of strategic influence and operational involvement, allowing you to help shape both long-term direction and day-to-day execution.

From leadership support and talent acquisition to policy development, employee relations, and organizational design, you will contribute to creating a consistent and scalable people framework while respecting local market requirements and cultural differences.

You will have the opportunity to influence how LeMaitre approaches talent management, leadership development, employer branding, compensation frameworks, HR systems, and people analytics.
