Director Data-Driven Cross-Sell Recommendations (Corporate Functions) Join our Corporate Functions team as Director Data-Driven Cross-Sell Recommendations, where you will develop strategies, refine processes, and implement initiatives that empower our business to thrive.
Key Responsibilities Serve as Product Owner for the Infineon cross-sell database and API to different use cases to maximize usage and business impact Drive development of alternative recommendation models (e.g., Graph Neural Network [GNN]) and optimize recommendation quality, coverage, and relevance Ensure data integrity and high quality of cross-sell and cross-reference recommendations Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success and inform data‑driven decision‑making Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including IT, product owners, sales, and marketing stakeholders to drive adoption and business impact Qualifications and Skills Master’s degree in engineering, statistics, computer science, or a related field 8 years of experience in cross‑selling recommendations Experience with recommendation systems, data‑driven cross‑selling, and ideally GNN models and machine learning applications Understanding of the semiconductor market and its value chain Strong stakeholder management, communication, and conflict‑management skills Equal Opportunity Employer We embrace diversity and inclusion and are committed to giving all applicants and employees equal opportunities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
