The role… As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities and introducing GlobalData’s intelligence platform to senior decision‑makers at leading healthcare, pharma companies. You will receive structured training, coaching, and mentorship to develop the core skills required to succeed in B2B sales.

Many of our top performers progress quickly into closing roles and leadership positions. What you’ll be doing... Own the first impression. Engage senior decision‑makers and introduce GlobalData’s intelligence platform to potential clients. Create new opportunities.

Prospect, qualify, and develop new business leads through outbound outreach and strategic research. Deliver compelling product conversations. Conduct online demonstrations that show how GlobalData’s insights help companies make better decisions. Build your pipeline. Consistently generate and manage opportunities that lead to new business wins.

Achieve and exceed targets. Your success is rewarded through an uncapped commission structure. Learn and grow quickly. Work closely with experienced sales leaders who will coach you to develop the skills needed to progress into senior sales roles.
