Business Development Account Director DACH & Benelux (m/f/d) – Consumer Health Location: Remote (Home Office) in Germany, ideally near an international airport Travel: Up to 50% across the region and EMEA Reports to: Director Business Development Consumer Health EMEA Role Overview As the Business Development Account Director Consumer Health, you will be responsible for driving growth and market penetration across the DACH and Benelux regions.
Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of existing Consumer Health customers Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on Consumer Health/OTC brands where Catalent is not yet present Lead product and commercial proposals, quotations and negotiations Coordinate daily operational topics with internal teams (R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality) Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting Ensure professional, reliable and consistent customer communication Attend tradeshows, exhibitions and congresses across EMEA Travel within EMEA to support business development While you will manage an existing portfolio with over 20 accounts, your primary success will be measured by your ability to proactively "open doors," identify untapped market potential, and win new business with premium global and regional brands.
You will act as the strategic lead in positioning our complex CDMO solutions to new and existing partners.
