Our collaboration with Bosch recently received the Open Bosch Award for the best startup collaboration across Bosch globally. As Account Executive, you will own complex DACH opportunities from first conversation to signature. You will sell €25k–€100k+ deals, work directly with the founders, and help build Sleak’s repeatable commercial engine.
Tasks
• Own the complete sales cycle, from pipeline creation to closing.
• Run discovery and translate customer challenges into clear business cases.
• Demonstrate Sleak and design focused pilots with measurable success criteria.
• Navigate executives, People Development, IT, security, procurement, and works councils.
• Negotiate and close €25k–€100k+ mid-market and enterprise deals.
• Maintain disciplined deal plans, CRM data, next steps, and forecasts.
• Bring customer insights back into Product and Marketing.
Requirements
• Strong track record in B2B software sales.
• Experience closing complex mid-market or enterprise deals.
• Excellent discovery, communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Confidence navigating multiple stakeholders and longer sales cycles.
• Willingness to prospect and create pipeline when needed.
• Fluent German and strong business English.
• High ambition, resilience, and ownership.
