Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine clinical cost containment frameworks and evaluate vendor solutions.
• Support stop-loss carriers by reviewing claims and identifying clinical risk mitigation actions.
• Enable distribution teams with clinical presentations and client-facing materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related clinical field; RN license preferred.
• 5+ years in clinical cost containment, case management, or self-funded health plan consulting.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate clinical insights into financial impact.
• Base salary $130,000-$150,000 with performance-based incentives.
