HR Director – Biopharma

We are supporting a growing biopharmaceutical company in the search for an experienced HR Director to lead the people function through an important phase of growth and organisational development.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the HR strategy across the organisation, aligned with business and growth objectives
• Partner closely with the leadership team on organisational design, talent and workforce planning
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes and people programmes
• Lead talent acquisition, development, retention and succession planning
• Support organisational change and build a strong, high-performance culture
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and relevant industry requirements
• Lead and develop the HR team while acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership

The ideal candidate will bring significant HR leadership experience within Pharma, Biotech or another highly regulated environment, with a strong track record in fast-growing organisations.
