Stellenbeschreibung
- Develop and execute Cyient’s aerospace growth strategy in Germany.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with OEMs, Tier-1s, and key suppliers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across engineering, procurement, quality, and program management.
- Manage and grow assigned strategic customer accounts.
Business Development & Sales
- Drive sales of Cyient’s aerospace offerings, including:
- Aircraft and systems engineering
- Digital engineering and PLM
- Manufacturing engineering and industrialization
- V&V, certification, and compliance support
- Aftermarket and MRO engineering
- Lead opportunity qualification, proposal development, and bid management.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing models, and framework agreements in line with Cyient governance.
Strategic Positioning
- Understand customer strategies, aircraft platforms, and sourcing models.
- Track aerospace market trends, including sustainability, digital thread, Industry 4.0, and regulatory changes.
- Position Cyient as a value-added partner supporting cost reduction, innovation, and time-to-market acceleration.
Delivery Collaboration & Governance
- Work closely with global delivery, engineering, and program teams to ensure successful execution of sold programs.
- Support smooth transition from sales to delivery and ongoing customer governance.
- Manage escalations, risks, and customer satisfaction.
Forecasting & Reporting
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and revenue reporting. xayajpt

Required QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Business
Experience
- 8–15+ years of experience in aerospace sales, account management, or business development
- Strong experience working with aerospace OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers in Germany
- Proven track record selling engineering or digital services
- Familiarity with aerospace standards and certification processes (EASA, DO-178/254, EN/AS standards)
- Strategic and consultative selling skills
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities
- Solid understanding of aerospace engineering and product lifecycle
- Financial and commercial acumen
- Ability to operate in a global, matrix organization
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Language Requirements
- Fluent German
- Professional working proficiency in English
