Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer follow-up.

Source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases and other recruitment channels.

Conduct initial candidate screening to assess experience, suitability, availability and salary expectations.

Prepare shortlisted candidate profiles for submission to the hiring team.

Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-up with candidates.

Build and maintain an active talent pipeline for ongoing and upcoming vacancies.

Support high-volume and project-based recruitment requirements.

Keep candidate records and recruitment activities updated in the applicant tracking system.

Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.

Work closely with the Singapore Talent Acquisition team to meet recruitment timelines and fulfilment targets.

Ensure candidates receive clear and timely communication throughout the hiring process.

Perform other recruitment-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.

At least 2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.

Experience in IT, technical, operational or high-volume recruitment would be advantageous.

Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with LinkedIn and online job portals.

Good candidate-screening and interview coordination skills.

Able to manage multiple vacancies and priorities independently.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Organised, responsive and results-oriented.

Comfortable working with recruitment targets and tight timelines.

Able to work remotely during Singapore business hours.

Must have a reliable internet connection, personal computer and suitable home-working environment.
