Location San Francisco, CA (with preference for San Francisco; open to Seattle and New York, NY) Responsibilities Drive the Healthcare Product roadmap across care delivery, health data, and payments platforms Own the long‑term EMR strategy and multi‑year roadmap Own the long‑term Payments platform strategy Own the Data Platform strategy Support the delivery of measurable outcomes across key programs Lead and develop a team of Product Managers at the intersection of Tech and Healthcare Deliver products for an AI‑native organization and design AI‑enabled workflows Qualifications 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years leading teams or portfolios in digital healthcare or adjacent regulated industries Experience building healthcare benefits products and provider‑ and clinical‑facing workflow products in complex digital healthcare environments Experience building and rolling out AI‑native products for large, scaling customer‑facing teams Exceptional analytical and qualitative skills to understand and define provider and member needs and segments Proven ability to manage roadmaps, track cross‑functional dependencies, and prioritize effectively Outstanding cross‑functional collaboration and facilitation skills, with experience leading discussions with growth, sales, marketing, operations and clinical teams, as well as external stakeholders such as insurance companies, financial and healthcare institutions Comfort working in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment with high visibility and accountability Salary Range $290,000–$340,000 per year, plus stock options and benefits Benefits Maven for Mavens: access to the full platform and specialists, including care for mental health, reproductive health, family planning and pediatrics Whole‑self care through wellness partnerships Hybrid work, in‑office meals, and work‑together days 16 weeks 100% paid parental leave and new‑parent stipend for employees with 1 year+ tenure Annual professional development stipend and access to a personal career coach 401(k) matching for US‑based employees, with immediate vesting Equal Opportunity Employer Maven is an affirmative action and equal opportunity employer.
