What You’ll Do
• Lead investments from sourcing to execution
• Conduct due diligence and structure transactions
• Negotiate terms and work closely with management teams
• Help shape the investment strategy and build the fund
• Collaborate with partners and contribute to firm growth
What You Need
• At least 2 years in a high-performance environment like strategy consulting or investment banking
• 2 years of transaction and due diligence experience, ideally in private equity
• Strong financial modeling and investment analysis skills
• Experience leading commercial and operational due diligence
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in both German and English
