As Trading Director, you will lead and shape a high‑performing Trading and Risk Management team in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Develop, implement, and monitor risk strategies to manage liabilities, safeguard exposure, and optimize trading outcomes. Oversee daily trading activities, making real‑time decisions and adjustments based on market trends and betting activities.
Design and deliver risk reports and dashboards to leadership, translating complex trading and market data into actionable insights.
