Our client is a global industrial and energy company looking to appoint a senior Project Director to lead the delivery of utility-scale Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) EPC projects in Germany.
This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for projects from tender stage through to execution, commissioning, and handover. The Role
As Project Director, you will take ownership of the overall project outcome, managing commercial performance, delivery milestones, quality, and client satisfaction.
You will be the key point of leadership across the full lifecycle of each project, ensuring risks are managed early and stakeholders remain aligned throughout. Oversee project mobilisation, execution, commissioning, and handover. Manage budgets, cash flow, profitability, and commercial risk.
Monitor project progress, resolve issues proactively, and support change management. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure clear communication at all stages. <h
