What you’ll be doing Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the contract cleaning industry.

Work closely with operations and management teams to ensure service delivery standards are met. Promote the company’s full range of cleaning services and solutions. Conduct client visits and site assessments to determine service scope and requirements. Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and service-level agreements.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain and update client databases and sales activity reports. Develop and implement client-specific cleaning programs tailored to their operational needs. Build and sustain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and contract renewals.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management. Attend industry-related events, meetings, and client presentations as required. What you’ll need Minimum 3 to 5 years’ proven sales experience within the Contract Cleaning Industry (non-negotiable). Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle (mandatory).
